                                                                                WE ARE MOVING

We have exciting news - not only are we moving to a new and bigger location, we are also taking steps to be able to interact with our clients face-to-face again! As of 8/30/21, we will be seeing patients in our new location across the street: 11700 Mukilteo Speedway, Suite F-507.  This is next to the physical therapy clinic and behind the QFC gas station.

We will be able to allow entry to ONE masked person per family for any transaction at our new location. This means that if you are here to check in for an appointment, dropping off a pet for a procedure, or picking up medications, you are welcome to come in! If there are multiple people in your group, we ask that only one person enter the building. We will continue to offer curbside service for those clients who prefer it, whether for appointments, or picking up food and medication. We will also continue to follow CDC recommendations for social distancing in our lobby. Masks are required for everyone entering the building, regardless of vaccine status.

We have all noticed the increased request for appointments, and we are excited to be in a location that will allow us to expand and welcome new staff! Given the current need for appointments, we will not be able to accommodate late-arrivals. Check-in is ten minutes prior to the appointment. If you are late for your check-in time, our doctors may require that you reschedule. If you have concerns, please contact our office. 

We ask that when you request medication, food, or a call back from the staff please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for request(s) to be completed. 


Payment

Payment is taken over the phone with a credit/debit card. If you are paying by cash, a team member will take the payment at your car. We do not accept checks or American Express.
